Verify us with Microsoft, not with us
Microsoft’s activation servers decide whether a key is genuine, not the store that sold it. When your key activates, Windows shows the confirmation under Settings, System, Activation, and Office shows Product Activated under File, Account. That check takes a minute, and we ask every customer to run it within the 30-day guarantee window. If a key we sold you does not pass, you get a replacement or a full refund.
You can also check that the edition you received matches what you paid for. The activation screen names the edition, and the product page you ordered from states the license type. If either does not match, tell us and we will make it right.
What we sell, and what we never sell
We sell genuine Microsoft product keys as perpetual licenses, a one-time purchase with no subscription, for Windows 11, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, standalone Office apps and Windows Server. Each key is delivered by email within minutes along with Microsoft’s official download link and a short guide.
We never sell:
- Cracks, patches or “activators” of any kind. Nothing we send you modifies Windows or Office.
- Shared keys that other buyers are using at the same time.
- Keys taken from expired or cancelled Microsoft 365 or volume subscriptions.
- Keys presented as one license type while actually being another, such as volume keys sold as retail.
- Anything that requires you to disable antivirus, run a script or download from an unofficial source.
License type stated on every product
Retail, OEM and volume keys all activate genuine Microsoft software, but they carry different rights, and a store that hides the type is hiding the most important fact about the product. Every product page on our site states which one you are buying.
- Retail: can be moved to a new PC after it has been removed from the old one. Best for people who upgrade hardware.
- OEM: stays with the first PC it activates. The right choice for a new build or a PC you plan to keep.
- Volume (MAK): a limited number of activations, intended for organizations that deploy several machines.

The guarantee is simple. If a key cannot be activated and our support team cannot fix it within 30 days of purchase, you choose a replacement key or a full refund to your original payment method. We do not require screenshots of a dozen attempts, we do not deduct fees, and we do not send you to Microsoft to argue on our behalf. Most activation issues are resolved with a phone activation or a corrected edition, so refunds are uncommon, but the option is always yours.
