What personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.
The short version
We collect the minimum needed to sell you a license and support you afterwards: your name, email address and order details. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processors over encrypted connections and never touch our servers. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect and why
- Order data (name, email, products purchased): to deliver your license key by email, provide support and comply with accounting law.
- Support correspondence: to resolve your questions and improve our help materials.
- Basic analytics (pages visited, aggregate statistics): to understand what customers need and improve the store.
Payments
Payments are processed by established third-party payment providers. Your full card number, CVV and banking credentials go directly to the processor over an encrypted connection; we receive only a confirmation of payment and the last digits needed for order verification.
Transactional emails (order confirmation, license delivery, support replies) are sent to every customer. Marketing emails are sent only where you have opted in, and every one contains an unsubscribe link that works.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data where we are not legally required to retain it (accounting records, for example, have statutory retention periods).
