If the email hasn’t arrived
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, automated emails occasionally land there.
- Confirm the email address on your order confirmation is correct.
- Contact support@softwareinstore.com with your order number, we resend keys immediately, around the clock.
Keep your delivery email
Your license is perpetual, and the delivery email contains the key and official download links you may want again after a reinstall. We recommend archiving it (or storing the key in a password manager).
