Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when applicable. The digital products can only be returned after you have signed a non-use declaration related to the purchased product.
Any digital product that has been installed and/or activated is not eligible for refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In case, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of purchase, you decide that you no longer need the purchased product, you are eligible for a full refund of your order. In order to return a product within the 30-day grace period please follow the steps below:

We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
You'll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the "Changed Your Mind?" section. If it's been longer than 60 minutes, email support@softwareinstore.com and we'll help find an alternative solution.
If you've canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you'll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven't received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at support@softwareinstore.com (and include your original order number) and we'll take a look!
