Payment
All payments are due upon completion of the order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept credit cards as the main form of payment method.
Our Digital Delivery Terms
For products on sale, fast delivery can take minutes up to 2 hours. In some rare cases, if you don’t receive your details within 2 hours, please contact us or ping us via our live chat!
We deliver your orders digitally via email, including:
- Full instructions – how to download, install, and activate the software
- Your genuine product key(s), for example: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
- Best wishes, sometimes followed by surprises
Note: No physical items dispatched – it’s a digital product activation key, not including DVD/CD/OEM stickers, etc.
Where/When You Receive the Purchase
Products are delivered directly via email in seconds, eliminating the environmental impact of shipping physical objects. You will receive the product in your mailbox within seconds. You will receive the original license and all necessary instructions for quick and easy installation.
N.B: If the product is out of stock, delivery may be delayed by several hours. Please check your spam or junk mail folder too, in case you miss your email.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
If the item is unused and in original condition, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery and will refund the full order amount less return shipping. If your order arrives with any damage, please email us at support@softwareinstore.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. What to Do If the Purchase Has Not Arrived
